Brief:  Sixty International Corporations Place Orders Totaling US$500 Million Dollars
October 25, 2007 -- China Industrial Subcontracting & Outsourcing Fair 2007 and the 15th China International Industrial Equipments Fair co-hosted by the United Nations Industrial Development Organization, China Construction Machinery Association and Chongqing Municipal People's Government opened on October 21. More than 100 institutions from over 10 countries including 60 international corporations attended the fair and placed orders totaling US$500 million dollars with over 300 domestic enterprises, Chongqing Evening News reported.

Chongqing Evening News gave the following list of companies that participated in the fair included the Spanish Commercial Offices in China, CCIP, Danish Trade Council, Chongqing Municipal Office, German Industry and Commerce Guangzhou Office, Gulf Organization for Industrial Consulting, Bourse Nationale de Sous-Traitance et de Partenariat du Sénégal, Mitsui & Co. Ltd., Finland's Ensto Group, France's Valeo Group, Bosch, US CRANE, Vestas Wind Turbine Equipment (China) Co., Ltd., Toyota Tsusho (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. and US Emerson Process Management Valves Co., Ltd.

Orders were placed for auto, motor and basic parts processing, aerospace, ships, wind power generation, and industrial and agricultural machinery.
